All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days for domestic orders and 7-10 for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Order processing during sale/promotions/holiday/restock/new release periods may take longer due to high volume.

Due to the fact that our items are made to order, we do not offer any returns or refunds. We deal with every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive in the best condition possible. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to mail carrier mishap we are not liable.

We pride ourselves in creating handcrafted, quality products. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny. Handle jewelry with care.
